Premise
All merchandise is guaranteed authentic offer, unless otherwise specified, and legitimate origin. For third-party assets the Numismatics Felsinea operates as an agent, acting in the name and on their behalf on the basis of a regular mandate to sell.
In order to allow a careful and thorough review of the conservation status, type and quality of the coins on sale, the material can be viewed at the Bologna store site in Via Lame n. 31 / C, only by appointment.

1 Estimates
The prices  indicated next to each lot are net prices include VAT.

2 Storage
Description and assessment of the conservation status of the proposed items are made with the utmost care and attention, while the degree of rarity of the coins have been shown by reference to primary numismatic manuals on the market.
The descriptions above are indicative and subjective and therefore can not be contested by the buyers (see point 5).
On request, the coins can be sealed by numismatic expert joined the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna, with an additional cost to be agreed on the basis of the value and number of pieces.

3 Purchase and Payment
The request of lots will take place by sending letter, fax, e-mail. New customers will have to indicate appropriate references.
It is necessary to provide when ordering the name (name and surname or name of the company) and address to complete the invoice that will be sent / delivered in original with the items. If awarded you must also provide a copy of a valid identification (ID card, Passport or Driving Licence).
The payment must be always made in advance (except for those who retires in person at our office) and will be made as follows:

4 Pick-up and delivery
The payment of the purchased lots must be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. In the event of late payment, the mortgage interests of 1% per month will be due.
Shipments in Italy are made by registered mail of Poste Italiane at these costs insurance included (maximum insurable shipping to € 10,000.00):

Oversize shipping € 10 extra.
We don’t ship abroad, except agreeing with us (NOT LESS THAN 90 DAYS to obtain Free Circulation Certificates).
 

5 Complaints and return of goods purchased
Objections within 30 days of receipt of goods, the authenticity of goods and for serious hidden defects are allowed.
No claims about the state of preservation, provenance, attribution and classification, weight, type and lack of quality of the sold goods, defects or anomalies detected by the photo or written description , it is recommended viewing and direct assessment of the material on sale, or defects or anomalies attributable to the buyer after the withdrawal of the goods.
The complaint must be accompanied by an expert numismatist certificate of authenticity  or serious hidden defects. The competent  jurisdiction is Bologna.
The disputed goods must be returned, using a suitable packaging, via insured mail to Numismatica Felsinea srl v. Lame n. 31 / C 40122 Bologna, in the same condition and perfectly intact, provided the packaging / original covers, with seals where present and all the possible documentation shipped. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
The purchaser, excluding any other claim, will be entitled to a refund of amounts paid for the purchase of the property that will be carried out as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notice, in each case provided that the goods have been returned.
The right to cancel contract in its entirety when it is not the "essential integrity of the good" (packaging and / or its content) and / or in cases where are found: modifications and / or tampering with and / or damage of the property; use of the property as to make it  impossible to restore to pre-existing conditions to the sale; breaking the seals in the case of sealed coin; the absence of any external packaging / internal packaging; absence of product components.
Returns are not accepted on lots composed of several assets as of course there are goods in lots of little value or studio or on lots not shown are therefore believed to be sold as seen and liked.
 

The Italian text of these conditions of sale shall prevail between the parties, as the English translation is for convenience of the reader.
